On the Red Planet, where the arid soil stretches as far as the eye can see, another bounty flourishes under the blazing sun: the vineyards of Mars. In this lunar landscape, vines have adapted to extreme conditions. The rocky, mineral-rich soil offers a unique terroir, imbuing the grapes with a distinctive essence. Resilient grape varieties, such as Martian Merlot and cosmic Grenache, thrive in these hostile conditions, drawing their character from the austerity of their environment.
MARS WINE
The 8 cuvées de Mars, a sensory journey through the vineyards of the red planet. Each cuvée offers a unique taste experience, inviting you to explore the riches and mysteries of Mars. Through them, you can almost feel the breath of the Martian wind, our good mistralou, and hear the murmur of distant stars shining on our big blue.
LA MONNAIE
DE SINGES
In days gone by, everything was paid for in monnaie de singes (monkey money)… But also in wine, hence this eponymous cuvée: La monnaie de singes. In fact, pirates and smugglers bartered their wares with this wine. The legend was born.
LE MÉTRONOME
Wine vinified to music: L’Histoire du Vin, a musical work in 10 movements composed by Vincent Beer Demander, cradled the yeasts during the two fermentations of this wine. This alchemy between grape fermentation and music allows the wine to elevate its structure. The music acts directly on this process, giving the wine greater typicity and a richer, more complex aromatic and taste structure.
ON GRAIN DEGUN
The blend of Grenache, Viognier and Roussanne offers a lovely aromatic palette of white fruits, apricot, peach and a hint of pear. The freshness and fluidity of the palate favor bitter almond and lemon zest on the finish. A real pleasure.”
